Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Kate Osborne at Gut Insight has made a significant difference to my digestive health. I’ve had two sessions so far where she attentively listened, identified the underlying issues, and recommended natural supplements that restored my regularity and gave my digestion much-needed targeted support. I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone struggling with digestive issues.

Her knowledge and expertise was immediately apparent as she helped me to understand what was contributing to these problems. She has suggested recipes and supplements, as well as small lifestyle changes which have all helped enormously and made a huge difference to my wellbeing. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kate was wonderful. I had tried everything I could to get rid of my bloating. It was only when she diagnosed SIBO and helped to treat it that the bloating disappeared and my flat tummy returned. She is warm and caring and I cannot recommend her highly enough

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kate has really great and expansive knowledge of anything to do with gut health, nutrition and food. I've really enjoyed the recipes she has shared, and the advice she has given has been so helpful. Besides her professional experience and knowledge, she is also a very kind, caring and lovely person who makes you feel at ease straight away and who you can talk to about more difficult subjects like your gut health without any embarrassment or shame. I highly recommend her!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really positive experience and would highly recommend Kate. Her level of expertise was clear from the start—she explained everything in a way that was both knowledgeable and easy to understand, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable she was; she created a welcoming environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns. Kate took the time to listen carefully and provided thoughtful, well-informed advice that felt tailored to my situation rather than generic. Her professionalism combined with a warm, personable manner made the whole experience genuinely reassuring. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been working with Kate for a few weeks now and I can vouch first-hand for her smarts, empathy, and learning when it comes to gastric matters. I was diagnosed with SIBO and have been working with Kate ever since. I can honestly say that my symptoms are almost 100% gone and I’m eating more healthfully and feeling so much better. And the wonderful thing is that it hasn’t been at all difficult. She is aware of everything from what the gut needs to work optimally to the discipline needed to get there. She encourages you to be fully invested in your own recovery and no detail is too small for her consideration. She has helped me eat more mindfully and slowly and to treat food as a precious element in one’s health journey. You feel like you have her full attention, that you are in very good hands, and that she’s your biggest cheerleader. You are not alone when Kate is on your side.
